Fees

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars, charged once at enrollment via our payment processor, and include the course, final examination, certificate, and digital wallet card. There are no hidden or recurring charges for individual learners. Promotional pricing, when offered, is disclosed at checkout.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 72-hour refund window: Full refund on request within 72 hours of purchase, provided you have not completed the final (summative) exam.
  • After the exam: No refund after the final exam has been taken or a certificate has been issued.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges: Refunded in full upon verification.
  • Employer seat credits: Refundable for unassigned seats within 30 days of purchase.
  • Processing time: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Course Access & Deadlines

There are no enrollment deadlines. Course access remains available for 365 days from purchase. If FoodCardNow discontinues a course before you complete it, you receive a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@foodcardnow.comfrom the email address on your account with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your name and (if available) your order or receipt number.

Questions or Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may file a complaint via our Complaints process or appeal an adverse decision via our Appeals process.
