Our Commitment
FoodCardNow is committed to fair and equitable access to the FoodCardNow Food Handler Certificate Program for all learners and prospective learners.
Policy Statement
FoodCardNow does not discriminate against any individual on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, veteran status, citizenship or immigration status, primary language, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law, in any aspect of the certificate program — including enrollment, course delivery, assessment, certificate issuance, pricing, complaints, or appeals.
Uniform Requisites
Program requisites are applied uniformly to all learners. Reasonable accommodations for learners with disabilities are provided in accordance with our Accommodations process without compromising the validity of the summative assessment.
Language Parity
The program is offered in English and Spanish. Both language versions carry identical requisites, content, and assessment rigor.
Reporting Discrimination
Any person who believes they have experienced discrimination in connection with the program may file a complaint via our Complaints process or by emailing support@foodcardnow.com. Complaints alleging discrimination are prioritized and reviewed by a person independent of the matter.
