Our Commitment

FoodCardNow provides reasonable accommodations to learners with disabilities and others with legitimate access needs, without compromising the validity of the final examination.

Available Accommodations

• Extended time on the final examination (standard grant: time-and-a-half; double time with documentation);
• Screen-reader compatible course and exam experience;
• Captions on all instructional video;
• Additional breaks — the exam may be paused;
• Alternative scheduling or support-assisted sessions where technology barriers exist;
• Spanish: the full course and exam are offered in English and Spanish.

How to Request an Accommodation

1. Email support@foodcardnow.comwith the subject "Accommodation Request" — at any time before you take the final exam. Tell us your name, the email on your account, and the accommodation(s) you need.
2. We respond within 5 business days.
3. No medical documentation is needed for simple requests — extended time, breaks, and captions are granted on your attestation alone.
4. Requests that would alter what the exam measures are evaluated by the Program Manager; where a request cannot be granted as submitted, we offer alternatives.

If a Request Is Denied

Denials include a written rationale and notice of your appeal rights. You may appeal any accommodation denial through our Appeals process within 30 days of the decision.
