• ✓Course Progress & Quiz Results — stored to track completion and issue certificates.
• ✓Device & Usage Data — basic analytics (browser type, pages visited) to improve the platform.

How We Use Your Data

• ✓Deliver your certification training and issue your certificate
• ✓Send transactional emails (account confirmation, certificate delivery)
• ✓Respond to support requests
• ✓Improve our platform and fix issues

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

Data Retention

• ✓Certificates are retained for 2 years from the date of issuance to support employer verification.
• ✓Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

About Our Certificates

FoodCardNow issues completion certificates for our training courses. We are a Texas-based online training platform. Our certificates are designed to satisfy common Texas employer and workplace requirements. FoodCardNow is working toward formal state accreditation; please verify acceptance with your employer or local health authority if required.

Payment Terms

• ✓All purchases are one-time payments. No subscription or recurring charges.
• ✓Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• ✓Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable fees. No hidden charges.
• ✓Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use FoodCardNow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• ✗Share your account credentials or course access with others
• ✗Reproduce, distribute, or sell our course content
• ✗Attempt to manipulate quiz or exam results
• ✗Use automated tools to complete course content

No Employment Guarantee

Completion of a FoodCardNow course and receipt of a certificate does not guarantee employment, compliance with all applicable laws, or acceptance by any specific employer or regulatory authority. It is your responsibility to verify that our certification meets your employer's or jurisdiction's specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FoodCardNow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of employment opportunities, arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of FoodCardNow after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will post the effective date at the top of this page.

Refund Eligibility

How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
